Who are we?

BCI will act as an important umbrella organisation, supporting the great efforts of existing and new affiliated community groups and individuals in their community-related events, projects and more.  BCI may be able to assist with public liability insurance, advertising events on this website, offering advice and support, through the community mailing list we will be building, supporting grant applications with our bank account and more.

The committee comprises:

  • General Committee: Ian Banks, Christie Hore and Jay Thompson

Bushmead Community Inc. is grateful for our 2025 Community Grant from Cedar Woods which has facilitated the creation of this website.

Acknowledgements

We acknowledge the military history of Bushmead and honour all those who served here. We recognise the layered history of this land and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
