Want to help set up an interest group?
Let the committee know if you want to set up an interest group (e.g., dog walking, parents group, neighbourhood watch) and we can bring like-minded people together; Bushmead Community Inc. can support you making your interest group a reality.
Taking a dog walking group idea, as an example, the meet up times could go onto our calendar on our homepage and your group could have a section on this webpage, letting others know about your group and how to find out more.

Want to Adopt a Spot?
If you want to take action against any litter lying around your street, park or elsewhere then consider the option to adopt that spot and volunteer to help keep your spot litter-free. Individuals, groups, businesses or school communities can volunteer with the Adopt-a-Spot program and contribute to a cleaner environment. You receive free resources to help and an Adoption Certificate.
Bushmead Conservation Cobbers have adopted both Kadina Trail and Battalion Trail and organise two major community clean-ups events as part of their commitment to the program. Others in the community have also signed up to the program covering other locations within Bushmead.
